When you select appove all booking on your account preference all booking made by your clients are unconfirmed (Tentative). The unconfirmed bookings appear on your dashboard under the section Unconfirmed bookings. Each booking must be Approved to be confirmed and appears in your future booking list.
When the client books they recieve a unconfirmed booking notification indicating the booking needs to be approved. Booking is unconfirmed (tentative) until you approve it.
To approve the booking select Approve Booking.
To decline a booking select Decline Booking
Users with Manager access can use to access the client page. The client page opens with the selected client highlight enabling you to send email/SMS to the client prior to declining the booking.
