Booking start interval

The booking start interval defines the commencement time of a service. It is also used to determine the minimum booking time slots that will be available for a service. You select your preferred interval from the drop-down list.

 Service Duration

  • 30 minutes
  • 45 minutes
  • 60 minutes

Your business offers the following services:

Service Name

SERVICE NAME

  • Initial consultation
  • Standard consultation
  • Extended consultation

You want bookings to commence on the hour – quarter past the hour – half past the hour – quarter to the hour.

 The booking start interval = 15 minutes

(you would NOT be able to book at 9:10, 9:40 etc.)


Example 1

You want all your bookings to start every 5 minutes:

9:05 – 9:10 – 9:15 – 9:20 – 9:25 – 9:30 – 9:35 – 9:40 – 9:45

 – 9:50 – 10:00 etc.

 The booking start interval = 5 minutes

 
Example 2

You want all your bookings to start on the hour:

9:00am – 10:00am – 11:00am – 12:00am – 1:00pm – 2:00pm etc.

 

The booking start interval = 60 minutes

Example 3

 You want all your bookings to start on the hour:

9:00am – 10:00am – 11:00am – 12:00am – 1:00pm – 2:00pm etc.

 

The booking start interval = 60 minutes
