Once clients have joined a waitlist you can manage the waitlist from the Tools > Waitlist page. From the waitlist page you can:
- Remove one or more clients from a waitlist
- Add a client to a waitlist
- View clients details
When viewing client details you can perform all the actions available from the client page.
For events, there is only the waitlist option for waitlist by time. For term events you can only waitlist for the first session of the event.
View active Waitlists
- Login to Dashboard
- Tools > Waitlists
Add client to event Waitlist
- Go to Waitlists
- Select event waitlist
- Add Client > Search client
- Add
Book client into event (with waitlisting option)
- Go to Dashboard
- Under Make a booking > search client
- Click Event
- Select event > Join waitlist
- Confirm
Note: For term events, you can only waitlist for the first session of the event.
Remove client from waitlist
- Go to waitlists
- Select checkbox next to client name
- Actions > Remove > Go
