How do I customise my SMS text message notifications?

bookitLive allows you to customise the content of the SMS notifications that are sent to your clients. To edit the SMS templates:

  1. Select Settings > SMS templates
  2. Select the template you want to modify
  3. Update the message by changing the wording and inserting merge tags
  4. Select Save

There are a wide range of tags that you can use in your customisation. See all the merge tags here
