User Roles

bookitLive has 3 user roles for accessing the business dashboards:

  • Business Owner (Administrator)
  • Manager
  • Staff

User Access Levels

User access is controlled by restricting access to pages, tabs and menu items. The following table indicates the access for each bookitLive role.

 

Restricting user access

bookitLive allows staff and manager users to be restricted to specific resource(s). This functionality can be used to restrict a user to only see their own calendar and bookings or a selection of resources.  This association is also used to notify the user when booking are added, modified or cancelled.
