What are notifications?

Both SMS and email is used to provide booking, purchasing and reminder notifications.

 

Booking confirmations notification

A SMS and email notification are sent to the client when a booking is made by a client or booking made by a staff member. A confirmation email and SMS can also be sent the Administrator/Managers/Staff to notify them a booking has been added.

Purchasing confirmations notification

An email is sent to the client and Administrator when a client make a purchase for a promotion/bulk purchase/session passes.

Booking reminder notification

Both email and SMS reminder notification can be sent to a client and Administrator/Managers/Staff to remind them of their bookings. The reminder notifications are sent 24 hours prior to the booking time.

Email and SMS templates

All SMS and email notification have customisable templates that can be updated to reflect your business requirements.
