This can happen due to incorrectly entered email address or 'spam filter' software incorrectly identifying messages from bookitlive as 'spam' or junk mail.
Check spam and trash
Check your email spam and trash folders to see if the email is contained in these areas.
Check account email address
Check and make sure the account used to make the booking is your correct email address.
Contact the Service Provider directly
All booking queries should be directed to the business offering the service. Contact the Service Provider directly via their contact phone, email or ask a question form on their business information page. To find their business information page search for the business from the Find a Business and Make a Booking in the title bar above.
