Customer data protection
bookitLive collects user information at various points during the booking process. We do not use this information for any other purpose than disclosed in the privacy statement.
- SMS-protection; bookitLive uses Australian SMS-provider MessageMedia. MessageMedia uses Australian-only mobile carriers such as Telstra and Optus to ensure client phone numbers and message content are not passed onto unknown third-parties.
- Data Privacy; bookitLive takes every precaution to protect user information. bookitLive does not monitor, sell or use client information for any other purpose that deviates from the privacy disclosure.
Secure payment gateways
All payments are processed by external parties eway, Paypal and SecurePay. Additionally, each credit card transaction is protected by 128/256-bit SSL encryption to ensure maximum data protection. bookitLive and its payment partners are payment card industry compliant (PCI certified).
Data-secure
bookitLive's servers are automatically backed up daily to the data centre located in Sydney, Australia. The servers are managed by crucial.com.au. The data centre complies with ISO27001 & SOC III certification.
The service provider portal provides additional security capabilities to backup your own data by exporting booking and client data to your PC.
