Can't log in to bookitLive

Can't remember password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset your password from the login page using the "Forgot your password?" link.

User account locked

If your user account is locked out after entering your password too many times raise a case with bookitLive support using the Submit a request link on this page and request for your user account to be unlocked. Please provide name and email address.

Clearing your browser cache and history

Sometimes your browser cache can cause issues with logging on to a particular device. If you can login on one device but can't login on another clearing your browser cache and history can resolve this issue. See article Clearing your browser cache and history for more details and instructions on steps to clear for each browser type.

Recently changed your login details

Sometimes your web browser saves your login details. So if you've recently changed your login email address or password, you may need to clear out any stored data.
