If you wish to cancel your account:
- logon to bookitlive
- Remove any future booking by cancelling the bookings (An account cannot be cancelled if there are active future bookings, these bookings must be removed first)
- Select Settings
- Select Cancel account
- Confirm cancellation
You will not be able to access your account. If you wish to reactivate your account, please don't hesitate to get in touch with with the bookitlive support team.

Cancel immediately as usual its too hard to cancel and im in hospital dont have time or energy to figure the puzzle out.
This is far too complex. i have set up a tester on a personal card to try your system and it is not approriate for my business multi day bookings etc . But the cancellation process is ambiguous, I do not have any bookings or resources but cannot remove services . what is a provider account it does not exist to cancel.

How can you launch such a complex system without a use guide. Just frustrated, so want to cancel my account immediately, but the 'Cancel Account' process you identify does not work. There is no 'Cancel Account' in settings, even when I have entered no data into the system.
